In trading on Wednesday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.7% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Chimerix (CMRX), up about 6.5% and shares of Karyopharm Therapeutics (KPTI), up about 5% on the day.
